When I Think of Child Development

Do not train a child to learn by force or harshness; but direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of each.
Plato, Greek philosopher.

  1. I have enjoyed viewing your blog and I want to commend you personally because having five children I am sure is not an easy task, and if you are equipped for that than you definitely are equipped to be an educator. I have enjoyed reading your posts and wish you all the success for the future courses.

  2. I also want to add that this is a great quote by Plato. My quote was somewhat similar and it seemed as though when it came to kids, many can agree in the area of being able to say " we are not teaching them what to think but rather how to think and use their own minds"
